How to Delete Your Data from MsgPulse

MsgPulse values your privacy and makes it easy to delete all your personal data, tokens, and historical automation interactions at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect via MsgPulse Dashboard

Log in to your MsgPulse dashboard at app.msgpulse.in/login.
Navigate to the Accounts page.
Click the Disconnect button on your Instagram account card.
Confirm the prompt. This immediately revokes and purges your tokens and automation configs.

Option 2: Revoke Access via Instagram Settings

Open the Instagram app on your mobile device.
Go to Settings and privacy ➔ Website permissions (or Apps and Websites).
Find MsgPulse under Active apps and tap Remove.

Option 3: Manual Deletion Request

If you want all contacts, lead captures, and sent message logs permanently wiped from our database servers, send an email from your registered email address to:

privacy@msgpulse.in (Subject: Data Deletion Request - @your_instagram_username)

Our data protection team will process your request and completely erase your records within 24–48 hours, sending you a confirmation notice upon completion.
